Steep 1-2 tsp in 1 cup of water for 6-9 minutes.

Skullcap ~ Helps reduce anxiety and calm the nerves to allow the body and mind to rest.

Valerian Root ~ Long history of being used to help ease insomnia and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Hops ~ Sedative action that slows down the central nervous system to allow for rest.

This tea contains herbs with sedative properties that cause drowsiness. Be cautious driving, or operating equipment or machinery after drinking.
