Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are enroute to you.
Where We Ship
Within Canada
Orders can take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
All orders are shipped expedited at no extra cost via Canada
post
Orders over $175 receive free shipping.
Orders under $175 are shipped for a flat rate fee of $14
For local Nelson orders, free delivery or pickup is available. Select this option at checkout and you will be contacted after placing your order to schedule a time.
Within USA
Please note, not all items can ship to the USA. Shipping eligibility
is indicated on the item page.
We do not cover customs, duties, or taxes on orders.
Some orders can take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to customs and
import regulations. We appreciate your patience and support and encourage you to keep your tracking number to receive updates on the status of your package.
Refill Program
In an effort to reduce waste from packaging we offer a refill program. This program is currently only available in Nelson and surrounding area. If you have an empty candle jar or products packaged in our Violet glass containers, contact us to arrange refills.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, purchases are non-refundable. Extreme care is put into packaging products for shipping. However, if shipped products arrive damaged, please email using the contact form within ten (10) days of receiving the package with photos of the damage and a replacement will be mailed out at no charge
