*Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus), *Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis, *St. John's Wort (Hypericum perfratum), Grain alcohol 95% abv.

Take 1 dropper in water 1-2 times a day with food, when experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress.

Do not take if on other medication, specifically antidepressants or anti-anxiety medication. St John's Wort has been found to effect the efficacy of other medications.
