When experiencing onset of symptoms of cough, cold or flu: Adults: 1 tbsp 1-2 times a day Children (12 months +): 1 tsp 1-2 times a day

Refrigerate after opening. Due to fermentation this product may be carbonated, use caution when opening bottle. Tip upside down gently to mix ingredients but do not shake. Contains raw honey, consume with caution if pregnant. Not recommended for children under 12 months old.
